Dr. Chase is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He attended the University of Utah and graduated with honors in biology. He earned a Doctorate of Medicine with honors from Saint Louis University School of Medicine where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Chase completed his residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri. After completion of his training in 2005, Dr. Chase joined Southern Utah Ear, Nose and Throat. While practicing, Dr. Chase completed the fellowship program of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, earning Fellow status.
Professional areas of interest include allergy, sinonasal disorders, sinus surgery, chronic ear disease, middle ear surgery, hearing loss, cochlear implantation, skin cancer reconstruction, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, tonsil surgery, throat and voice disorders.
Dr. Chase enjoys watching his kids play sports, fishing, and spending time with his wife and family.
