Dr. Jacob is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Brigham Young University and graduated Cum Laude. He is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in New York City. While in medical school, he interned with the chairman of the Chinese burn society in Beijing, China. He enjoys medical missions and has recently spent time in Cebu, Philippines performing head and neck surgeries in underserved communities.
He was trained in head and neck surgery at the University of Utah. Dr. Jacob is a member of the Utah Medical and Washington County Medical associations and is bilingual in English and Tagalog. He enjoys living in Southern Utah and spending time with his family.
